Annual Appeal Match Challenge Highlights as of 12/16/2020

Katie Botha • December 16, 2020

Many thanks to the 90+ donors who helped us meet our $12,500 match challenge. You can still join the village of supporters who give so generously to our school by making a gift ! Below are just a few highlights along the way to our ultimate goal of $65,000. To date, we have raised 57% or $37,000.

Last week one grandmother called to make a monthly recurring gift to the Annual Fund. Her monthly gift is $20 — Consider making your gift this way if it works better for your household! She is a retired teacher, and was full of thanks to our teachers and staff for working so hard and making it possible for her grandchildren to be in school for in-person learning this year.

Another friend of Saint Mary’s made a gift in honor of our faculty. That’s another great idea, and great way to say thanks!

Don’t forget, too, that your employer may offer a matching gift program for donations you make to a charitable organization. Saint Mary’s qualifies for these kinds of gifts, and we’ve received donations already that will not only double (with the match) but TRIPLE because of the employer’s matching gift.

We have also recently received a stock transfer as a gift to our Annual Fund. If you have questions about how you can help us reach our $65,000 Annual Fund goal, please contact Jennifer Janus.
