The Go Forth! Campaign celebrates Saint Mary’s Catholic School and its role as a parish ministry exemplifying the parish mission of rejoicing in God’s love, proclaiming God’s word and serving God’s people.
Saint Mary’s Catholic School, through its dedication to this mission, has prepared young people to have a Catholic impact on both our local community and the greater world community. From our Early Childhood Development programs, to our Blue Ribbon elementary school, to our International Baccalaureate middle school, Saint Mary’s Catholic School has provided an educationally and culturally rich environment for our students to grow and prosper.
Jesus Christ said to his first disciples, “Go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel.” (Mark 16:15) This mission is still being lived out by the disciples of Jesus today. We know that Christ has offered us the opportunity to proclaim His Gospel through our words and actions. Students graduate from our school understanding that the Gospel can transform our lives, our neighbors’ lives and the life of the whole world. The Go Forth! Campaign gives us a new opportunity to generously follow the example of Jesus as we reaffirm the mission of our school and position it for success for another 50 years.
The Go Forth! Campaign will provide the funds to renovate the elementary school wing and offices, as well as the school entrance, and to convert the library into a state-of-the-art library and digital media learning center. The campaign will also increase our endowment fund to better position our school for the future.

For more than 50 years, the elementary wing of the school has served the school well – housing classrooms, the library, the computer room, the music and art rooms and administrative offices. While repair and upgrades have been done throughout the years, most of the infrastructure is original. The renovation of the elementary wing, made possible through the Go Forth! Campaign, will include:
– Replacement of all windows
– New, energy-efficient lighting
– Upgrade of all HVAC systems
– New furniture and other finishes in the classrooms
In addition to the classroom improvements, the office and administrative areas will be expanded and redesigned. This redesign will feature:
– New entrance and reception area
– Dedicated teacher workroom
– New faculty/staff restroom
– New security features
– Additional office and meeting space
– Expanded and renovated parish hall bathrooms
Finally, the library and computer room will be redesigned and transformed into an updated library and digital media learning center. The learning center will feature small group activity areas and a large multi-purpose room for computer skills training, meetings and after school activities. The total cost of the renovation project is $2.6 million, of which the campaign will raise $1.5 million.
