CHILI COOKOFF:

The Annual Chili Cookoff is scheduled for Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 6:30pm, immediately following St. Mary’s Catholic Church 5:30 mass. Chili chefs and chili tasters needed! Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for kids, $30 family maximum, and there will be a cash bar. Register to participate and purchase tickets ! Signup to volunteer at the Cookoff. This event takes a lot of “cooks in the kitchen”, and we appreciate your help! The Cookoff is a great way for our SMCS Family to kickoff Catholic Schools Week: delicious chili dinner (with chicken nuggets and mac-and-cheese for non-chili eaters), a friendly competition (with new prizes every year!), a movie for the kids, and a lot of fun! Questions? Email Matthew Joss at mdjoss75@gmail.com.

SMCS GALA SAVE THE DATE!:

ENJOY THESE PHOTOS FROM THE RICHMOND SYMPHONY CONCERT WITH SMCS CHOIR!
On December 10th, the Richmond Symphony, conducted by Daniel Myssyk, performed at St. Mary Catholic Church with Anne O’Byrne, soprano, Fr. Michael Renninger, baritone, and Saint Mary’s School choir. Our school choir worked hard for months preparing and we are very proud of them. The sold out concert was spectacular and enjoyed by all! Here are some photos from the evening for your viewing pleasure!
WE ARE SO PROUD OF OUR ALUMNUS CHRISTIAN LARGO:
Spina Bifida took Christian Largo’s ability to walk, but the disability is not preventing the Saint Mary’s grad from taking home gold on the bench thanks to a special trainer and friend. “Heroes Among Us“.
