ATTENDANCE AT SAINT MARY
If your student will miss school because they aren’t feeling well, will be leaving or will be arriving at school late for any reason, please email attendance@saintmary.org and their homeroom teacher. Please include the student’s name and homeroom and whether they will be out, what time they are dismissing early, or what time they will be in. Thank you very much for your assistance and cooperation.

The time to order is here! The week of February 10th, you will receive an email via Herff Jones (our yearbook company) to place your Yearbook Order online.
Deadlines To Order: Personalized yearbook, additional $7 – due March 20th. Non-personalized, $35 – due April 24th.
Check your spam folders in case you are unable to locate it. Our School number is 10383 – just in case you need it!
You will also have the opportunity to share your photos with us for the yearbook on this site – we know some fabulous photos have been taken this school year and we’d love to include them for our children!
Shout-outs!
An email will be sent out to our 8th grade class to place their yearbook shout-out next week. A week later, it will then be opened up to the rest of the school – all of this will be communicated via email from info@saintmary.org

The Middle School Valentine’s Day Dance will take place on Friday, February 14 from 7:30PM to 9:30PM. Please sign up to help make this dance a success for our middle schoolers! Permission slip are required.
BUDO CENTER MARTIAL ARTS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Budo Martial Arts Center is going to be offering its program to Saint Mary’s students again starting on Thursday, February 20th..
Be part of a fast-paced modern martial arts curriculum led by masters from The Budo Center. Learn basic punches, kicks, blocks and combinations that help build coordination, strength and flexibility. Practice self-control and gain confidence while displaying a positive attitude about yourself and others. All while having FUN!
The Budo Center will meet every Thursday, 3:00pm -3:45pm for grades K-5. February 20th through March 12th (4 week sessions) Cost: $150; Checks made payable to the Budo Center. Please complete the attached waiver and drop it off along with your check at the front office. Sign up for this program will end on February 18th. “Are You Interested in Becoming A Catholic?” If you have never been baptized, if you were baptized in another Christian denomination and would like to become Catholic, or if you were baptized Catholic, but never received the Sacraments of Eucharist or Confirmation, you are welcome to join our RCIA Inquiry Process. For more information, call Sr. Pat at 740-4044, ext. 13, or go to our parish web page, and click on “Interest in Becoming Catholic”.
“St. Mary’s Catholic Church Registration” Parish registration takes place monthly on Sunday afternoon at 12:30 pm or some weekdays at 7 pm in the Bishop Sullivan Room. During this one-hour program, you will meet other parishioners, our Pastor and staff, receive an introduction to St. Mary’s Parish and complete the registration documents. Childcare and refreshments are provided.
Our registration will take place on February 23, 2020.
