The National Catholic Education Association (NCEA) created these Catholic School Snaps to illustrate a series of recent data to inform parents, the community, and policy leaders about the importance of Catholic schools.
We think they are great conversation starters if you would like to share your Catholic School experience with others or invite them to explore our faith-filled community at Saint Mary’s at our CSW Kick Off & Open House event on January 30th! Feel free to share the graphics below or share our social media posts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter during Catholic Schools Week later this month. Your personal testimonials and referrals help keep our community strong!

What is Catholic Schools Week?
Since 1974, National Catholic Schools Week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. It starts the last Sunday in January and runs all week, which in 2022 is January 30 – February 5. The theme for National Catholic Schools Week 2022 is “Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.” Schools typically observe the annual celebration week with Masses, open houses and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members. Through these events, schools focus on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our church, our communities and our nation. (Source: www.ncea.org)
