Mother’s Day at St. Mary’s Catholic Church

On the weekend of May 8/9, we are celebrating the women in our lives. After each mass this weekend, we will be offering live music, ice cream sundaes with fun toppings, a photo opportunity with your loved ones, and most importantly – a chance to visit with one another! Mass registration is currently at capacity, but if you are not registered, you are invited to join us for a Mother’s Day celebration anytime from 1:30 – 2:30 pm on Saturday, May 8th.

A Sweet Farewell to Mrs. Peebles

During her years at Saint Mary’s, Peebles has been witness to the growth of the parish and the school community. She and her husband, Lee, were married in 1982 in what is now the parish hall and cafeteria, and what then was the church. She’s seen the second church built (what is now the Upper Commons) and the new – current – church constructed. Her class sizes have almost doubled as the school has grown.
