Good evening/morning, this weekend we celebrate Catholic Schools across the country.
Sunday! We were in line to go to Mass at 7:30 AM.
Today we began with Mass at the Church Cosmos and Damien.
A tour of Rome followed, including the Roman Forum and and the Coliseum. Both examples of life in ancient Rome.
Today began with Mass at the Basilica of St. Mary Major, a Basilica owned by the Vatican but in the city of Rome. From there, we went to the Basilica of St.
Today we visited the Vatican. The morning started with a quick tour of St. Peter’s Basilica, with simply an overwhelming number of beautiful works of art throughout the space.
The morning started with a taxi ride to the Hermitage of Carceri, This is where St. Francis spent much of his time in solitude.
The day began with an early morning Mass at the tomb of St. Francis. St. Francis is buried under the altar of the Basilica of Saint Francis, in a tomb that is surrounded by small chapels.
The pilgrims, led by Fr. Renninger and Fr. Prince, left for Italy from Richmond on Sunday afternoon.

Sitting in a Diocesan administrator’s meeting, I was enjoying a presentation by a principal of a marketing video produced at his school that highlighted his choir singing a beloved
